Refund and Cancellation Policy


The Refund Policy of Wothus sets out the conditions in which a refund may be given, how to go about getting a refund and Wothus' responsibility in cases where a refund is necessary.
By registering for any of our services, you are making the statement that you agree with all the terms and conditions laid out in the Refund Policy.

We use all the data we obtain to refine our web site's material, inform customers about updates to our website, and investigate any issues with their request.
If you do not want us to send emails in the future, please notify us either through e-mail or letter.

Coverage & Scope
Our refund policy applies to Wothus and any website owned or managed by us. It does not include any companies that are not owned or managed by Wothus, nor persons employed or managed by us.
This includes all third-party service and/or product providers that have binding contracts as well as any third-party websites linked from the Wothus website.

Filing a Complaint
At Wothus, the ultimate goal is to arrive at a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Even if that is not achieved, we kindly ask you to invest a few moments of your time to communicate with us at team@wothus.com for one final discussion before putting forth a refund claim.
Refund should only be considered when matters become too extreme; otherwise, we both strive for an agreeable outcome since it is just as much our responsibility as the client’s to ensure that the finished product meets expectations.

Eligibility for refund
At Wothus, we treat each project with the utmost care and professionalism and strive to provide results as per the proposal's terms.
In the unfortunate event that our client is not satisfied, they may opt for dispute resolution.
Our services and refund policy are clearly listed in our program, allowing us to consider any refund requests that arise.

Website Design Graphic Design
Full refund: If the project has yet to be commenced, or if its initial design style hasn't been okayed, then this situation applies.
The Full Refund policy will initiate after receiving the upfront payment date and will take 90 Days to refund the amount.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Logo design / brochure design
Full refund: If the project has yet to be commenced, or if its initial design style hasn't been okayed, then this situation applies.
Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Web programming
Full refund: Before the project has been initiated, an agreement should be in place for all web programming projects. If there is no agreement and no discussion of refund policy, then this delivery policy will apply.
Partial refund: It will be issued as per the judgment of the service provider if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by Wothus taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy
NOTE: Wothus ’s delivery commitment is subject to:
A project is considered void if the payments stipulated are not clear.
Refunds are not available if the essential data necessary for its completion isn't given on schedule. If there is a delay or failure in completing the project due to lack of communication from the client, Wothus cannot be blamed. No refund can be claimed when information provided by the client is insufficient or no details about it were given initially. Additionally, there's no compensation for a late delivery unless an agreement with a penalty clause for delayed delivery has been signed.
The liability of Wothus lies within the worth of that portion of work (as per our proposal) which remains unfinished at any point in time, and they won't be held accountable for losses due to their services being provided/not provided or delays in either situation; refunds are only applicable when cancellation has been formally communicated to them in writing by the client.

Processing of Refunds
Partial refunds will be issued within 60 business days and full refunds within 90 business days of the date of cancellation, with all payments made according to the method established at the beginning of the project - whether refund by check or credit card.

Changes
Wothus may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time.
You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of Wothus website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
